Your scripts and cards

Klappo stores your decks, script text, card boundaries, chapter markers and practice timing on your device. Text splitting and layout run locally. The app configures deck synchronization with a private database in your Apple iCloud account, using Apple’s CloudKit service. It does not send scripts to an external AI service.

Keep decks for as long as you need them and delete unwanted decks in the app. iCloud synchronization and device backups are also governed by your Apple account and settings; deleting the app is not a promise that all cloud or backup copies are removed.

Optional feedback

If you submit feedback, Klappo sends your message, a random record identifier, submission time, device model, iOS version, language and region, and app version/build to a separate CloudKit database for feedback. Free-text feedback may identify you if you include personal details. Avoid private scripts or sensitive information.

Feedback is intended for the developer to review and improve Klappo. Submitted feedback remains in CloudKit until it is manually deleted; there is currently no automatic expiry. It is stored separately from your private presentation content. Contact us if you want us to find or remove feedback you have submitted; include the approximate date and enough of the message to identify it. Removing the app does not remove feedback already sent to this database.

Support and diagnostics

If you email us, we receive your email address and anything you send so that we can handle your request. The reviewed app has no integrated advertising or third-party analytics SDK. Apple may provide store or diagnostic information according to your Apple settings and its own policies.

Support emails are deleted annually. This email routine is separate from the CloudKit feedback database; it does not automatically delete feedback records.

Your choices

Sending feedback is optional. Use Apple settings to manage iCloud and device backups. Contact us with privacy questions or requests concerning information you have sent us. Apple’s services are governed by Apple’s privacy policy. You can also contact the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY) with a complaint.
