Getting started

  1. Open papamapa.com in your browser.
  2. Choose PLAY PARTY to create or join a room with friends, or PLAY GLOBAL for online matchmaking.
  3. When a round starts, look at the photograph and place your guess on the map before the timer ends.
  4. Compare the revealed location, distances, and scores, then continue to the next round.

Common tasks

For a private game, share the room link or code with the other players. Sign in to customise the Party settings. Open Settings to choose round duration, number of rounds, difficulty and continents, then choose SAVE SETTINGS. Global uses its own fixed round format. Use Profile for account options and Store to see the currently available purchases. Check the displayed price and terms before buying.

Troubleshooting

If a game loses connection, check your internet connection and reopen the same room link. Keep the browser tab open during a round. If the map does not load, check whether a content blocker is blocking the game’s map service.

If a purchase is not reflected in your balance, check that you are using the same account and contact support with the purchase date and receipt reference. Do not make a second purchase just to retry the first.

Your data and permissions

The game uses browser storage, account and gameplay data, and online map services. Guest play also uses device/browser signals to limit repeated free-game claims. Clearing browser storage can remove a guest session. Read the privacy policy before deciding whether to do so.

Email [email protected]. Include your browser, device, approximate time, what you tried, and what happened. Redact screenshots and never send passwords, tokens, payment-card details, or private recordings.

You can use the same address for feedback or a request about your information. For a removal request, include the app name and approximate submission date. Do not send passwords, access tokens or unrelated private content.
