Record a note

Tap the red recording button and allow microphone access. Speak your note, then stop recording. Keep the app connected to the internet while it creates the title, transcript and summary.

Find and review

Use Search in the notes list to find a saved note. Open it to read the transcript or summary and play the original recording. Check generated text against the recording before relying on it. Delete unwanted recordings using the note’s delete action.

Troubleshooting

If recording cannot start, check microphone permission in iOS Settings. If processing fails, check the connection and use the retry action for the recording. Transcription is an online service; a saved audio recording and a completed transcript are different states. If notes do not sync, check your iCloud settings and connection before deleting or reinstalling the app.

Data and permissions

Audio and text are sent to online processing services for transcription and summaries. Notes are stored through Core Data/CloudKit. Read the privacy policy for online processing, saved content and submitted data.

Email [email protected] with your app and operating-system versions and the steps that caused the problem. Remove private content from screenshots and recordings before sharing them.

You can use the same address for feedback or a request about your information. For a removal request, include the app name and approximate submission date. Do not send passwords, access tokens or unrelated private content.
